It hadn't been a good day for Cyprian. He'd felt completely useless since waking up. This latest episode was but another slap from the universe. Unable to do much more, he followed Akh's instructions as she tended to the wounded. All the while keeping quiet and listening. Distracting the wounded with an anecdote here or there. Or just trying to stay out of the way.
While he did this he kept up a chipper mask. But underneath it was a mass of frustration. This plane is so far beyond him. The multiverse too expansive and complicated. Had he been a wizard, a druid, or a sorcerer this place would be an exciting challenge. But Cyprian is simple, and he likes simple problems with simple solutions.
Akh remained silent for a time, escaping from her own sense of frustration into empathy for the affected. She suddenly felt helpless against such insurmountable power as had been displayed, a feeling not unfamiliar to her... and dreaded, almost paralysing. She could pretend on many occasions that small acts of kindness were enough to move some cogs in this world, but then came a roller the like of which had just been manifested. Even if they managed to frustrate the effort this one time, they were decidedly outmatched. Or rather, she knew she was. Cyprian's simple mindset and relative ignorance about the machinations of Sigil put him in no worse position than hers.
