Fyne goes to the baths, during the afternoon, because he knows a good number of people there. It's one of his favorite places to hang out and... people talk. There's a good amount of information that can be gleaned by listening, sharing and exchanging. He messed up the other day with the Dustmen, but he intended to make up for it today for sure. Nobody asked him to do so, but he gleaned information from other factions that seemed pertinent to their interest in the big murder case and fed that to the Dustmen to give them a better understanding of everyone's interest.
