After finishing with the Guvner's pet project, Thaddeus stuck around to see what if any effect his changes would make to the people attending the City Court.
He found a comfortable seat in the grand court and watched the proceedings, hearing a wide range of crimes come before the officials of the court. Unfortunately and of fortunately, he wasn't a regular of the courts, so he had no baseline to make judgements by... Another chunk of time wasted trying to read people's emotions. He'd stick with manipulating them instead.
