After sighting the odd lady, Feature tried to find someone to talk to about it - and there was also the odd event of the night before to talk about, with the whole 'balance' thing.
Of course, a quick pause for some more reading shouldn't hurt... assuming nothing (particularly) untoward happened in the asylum while they were at it.

Using 1 hour-ish to take a short rest if nothing weird happened,
and looking for someone they could talk about the happenings of the night before and the Chaos Run Amuck event!
