[Alynne Valaris]

Alynne had a purpose here, both in Sigil and in the Civic Festhall, to find answers. She had her reasons to believe that the Society of Sensation might have the answers that she seeks, or maybe if not that perhaps they can help her into clarify how to achieve her goal of finding the great power she seeks.

She was willing to do anything in order to find the truth behind the Primal Song.

Going around the Civic Festhall, she is looking for someone that could help her, perhaps a Factol...

[Illiam'iira]

By fate itself, a kindred soul's found its way here.

Illiam is currently bouncing on the heels of her feet as she takes in the Festhall. It's... so... big... she doesn't even know where to start. The drow girl pounds a small fist into her palm and begins to count, "Eenie, meenie, minie, mo..." Before her finger pauses on Alynne. She blinks.

[Alynne Valaris]

Alynne turns around as someone slighty bumped on her. She observed who was it and she noticed a dark elf female. '' Forgive me, i didn't see you...'' She said, not because she felt sorry, but out of courtesy as she had been trained as a noble in her homeland.

''Forgive me, i didn't see you...''

"No problem!" Illi grins as she waves her hands around, trying to show she's just fine. "I like your outfit, it's very pretty!"

[Alynne Valaris]

'' Thanks, it is made out of spider silk from the underdark in my homeplane.'' She replied to the dark elf. '' Alynne Valaris is the name.'' She presented herself by making a courtsy. '' Former prima dona of the Guild of Performing Artists in the city of Greyhawk on Oerth, and Sensate of the Society of Sensation.'' She added.

'' Are you looking for something? Maybe i can guide you, although i'm just recently joined here.''

"It's absolutely gorgeous, darling, it looks so soft and light and airy..." Illi sighs a little, envious. It really is wonderful, especially on Alynne. Still. She has her manners. Alynne's curtsy is returned with the grace and poise of a lady. "I am Illiam'iira, scion of House Moondancer, noblewoman of the Sword Coast and Clueless in Sigil." She giggles at that last part. "This ain't Toril -- you can just call me Illi if you'd like. I wanted to sight-see! I was told I might find friends with the Sensates since I'm a spellsinger myself."

[Factol Montgomery]

A young woman begins to walk down the hallway with a half-elf nearby. Her outfit depicts much more that it is focused on comfort than defense, and the apparent lack of it would showcase the amount of defense needed.

"Ah, Cnatha Da'nanin, me dear, bring up the latest information on the stones from that Bleaker, when ye can. I've heard it's a prime choice, it is!" The woman said, continuing on. She walks past Alynne and nods politely, giving some sense of recognition of her. Her attention turns to the Drow. "Bha Dian Cecht, is that an Eilistraean, I see? I'd never thought I'd lay me eyes on one of ye here for a session. A welcome surprise, of course. Have ye been properly helped yet by our associate here?"

Not a very friendly place, especially for someone that looks like me, but their craftmanship is top tier.'' Alynne explained, after all she still looks like a surface elf, even though technically she is not one.

At mention of Erelhei-Cinlu not being a 'friendly place' for Alynne, the drow girl briefly looks pained, having some idea of what that might mean even if it's not her own homeworld. Still... this is a lady... and a public place... best not call attention to it. "Yes, I've heard of Oerth as well! Though I've never been myself," Those last few words are softer. "Yes, and sworddancer, too -- wait -- answers?" Her head tilts.

And then they have company.

Illiam'iira blushes a bit at the recognition of what she is, but she nods fiercely, giving the Factol a big smile before curtsying herself. (When in Sigil, after all!) "Yes! Lady Alynne here was just telling me more! She's lovely, I couldn't be happier." With that she claps her hands together. "You wouldn't happen to have a library, would you? I was just about to ask!"

"I wouldn't call it a library in a traditional way. The Sensoriums allow fhr you to experience t'engs dat somewan else did, and yerself as well. Is dere somet'eng you are lookeng fhr in particular?"
