[Thaddeus]

Feeling motivated for the day Thaddeus heads off to Fortune's Wheel for lunch. In the midst of all the hustle and bustle, it was important to take a little time for yourself. Maybe today he'd even try his luck on the Wheel... there was also that Jemorille fellow A'kin had mentioned. He should probably spare some time to talk to the man about the rilmani while he was here.

[Akh Uur Hoon]

Akh Uur Hoon was a veritable stranger to such places, and such places were strangers to her. There was no way for her not to stand out being dressed like she was. Fortunately, she was coming in company that could do the presentability thing way better than her, and were therefore somehow distracting. Still, entering this place seemed like a folly to her the moment she crossed the threshold. She'd sooner come up on the Rilmani's radar than they would come up on hers.

Fyne, having remembered he had to take care of this as well, had returned from candlekeep with Thaddeus. He was split on the decision given his personal stake, but he had told Akh he was interested in helping out so he definitely wanted to fulfill his word.

[Cyprian Kircheis]

Cyprian pulled Akh in tighter once through the threshold as a precaution. Tavern's such as this are like home to Cyprian so his eyes were constantly on the look out for pickpockets, con artists, and drunks ready to rumble. He deftly guided her along never once dropping his charm and poise. Then he spotted him.

"Thaddeus! You old rogue, how have you been keeping?" He'll turn to Akh, "Akh this is a friend of mine from the society of sensation, Thaddeus! One of the finest bard's I've had the pleasure of performing with - albeit on a whim." He laughed. "Thaddeus, this is Akh Uur Hoon, dustwoman and sage."

[Thaddeus]

"Cyprian, I would say you embarrass me; but it's true, I am one of the finest bards." Thad responds laughingly, then offers a bow to Akh Uur Hoon. "'Tis my pleasure. I am Thaddeus. As our mutual friend Cyprian has vaguely alluded to, I practice the musical arts... among others."

Cyprian taking charge in an environment unfamiliar to her was certainly reassuring. In a sense, opulence always tapped into some of her worst memories, of both her own folly and of faux promises of something better. She had long grown comfortable with the austerity in the way she lingered.

"A pleasure to make your acquaintance, Thaddeus." She made a nod-note of that 'among others'. "Gentlemen, if I may, I would also like to introduce you to somebody." She beckoned Fyne, who she had just spotted. "Fyne has come here on a matter of our mutual concern." She didn't define who fell into the 'mutual' category.

[Fyne]

"Actually, Thaddeus and I are familiar. We were both at the fight with the hooded perv," Fyne clarifies. "So we're aware of the danger these things pose," he says, scritching Lirraxe's chin. He was also not big on opulence much like Akh, since his memories of opulence were from his time as a drow noble victimizing people that didn't deserve it before he learned to give a damn about others. So seeing people living the high life while he knew others suffered so much in this city kind of put him on edge.

[Cyprian Kircheis]

"I practice the musical arts... among others."

Cyprian gave a small good-natured roll of his eyes. "What am I going to do with you? I suppose I should add that we are together, not that I imagine it would serve as any deterrence." He laughed easily having never been one to get jealous. Then once Fyne approached Cyprian gave him a bow then listened.

"Well then, allow me to introduce myself. Cyprian Valdemar Kircheis, a pleasure." He grinned. "So then, do tell me all about this fight. No doubt Thaddeus here has already begun crafting a ballad about it."

[Flession]

In the meantime, a tall, slender creatures with a silvery sheen to their skin approaches the bar to order a drink, sitting down and turning to listen to the music of the tavern. He pays the large crowd of over in the corner gathering and talking no mind, naturally, as they weren't important enough.

While men were getting boisterous and all, Akh took interest in the figure, assessing him unobtrusively against what she knew about the Rilmani.
