(Day 7, EA-MA, Renown) Care Free

[Illiam'iira]

"Be careful, though." he cautioned. "If what I did worked they way it appeared to, he's free of anyone's control. The guvners may not be happy about that."

"...ah. Noted. Will keep ready to dodge once he's spotted!" Clapping her hands together, Illiam'iira sings a note of power before bapping Whisper with it. Enhance Ability for 'em both!

Illiam'iira will begin lookin' about for an empty suit of armor, letting herself be led less by her eyes and more her ears. Among the sounds of the Court she listens for the tell-tale clang of heavy armor.

[Makeshift]

The suit of armor really blended well with the Office equipment behind one of the main counters. It's off to the side, slumped and still as an inanimate suit of armor. It appears to be even more overstuffed with paper than normal, pieces of parchment fill it's empty helmet.

[Illiam'iira]

"...that your guy?" Illi points.

[Whisper]

"It is." He frowned. "It looks like he may be back to his old self."

He made his way towards the armor.

[Illiam'iira]

The drow girl follows, an eyebrow raised. "Explain further?"

[Whisper]

"Apparently, they call it Buckethead." he said. "The armor is autonomous and appears to have some sentience. However, it is magically compelled to follow any order written down and placed inside of it. I don't know how old it is, but it must have spent life times serving others in countless ways, from menial tasks like toll collection to horrible things like assassination."

He kept his eyed focused on the armor as they drew closer. "There were a number of orders that were likely attempts to set it free, but failed. I tried a different approach that seemed to have worked. It doesn't look like it lasted, though."

[Illiam'iira]

Her voice lowers. "Oh... what did you do? Remove the orders? Edit them and put them back in?" Illi keeps her head on a swivel for any guvners who might try to stop them. "Poor Buckethead... I wonder if that's a curse?"

[Whisper]

"I gave him an order to make his own choices." he answered. "All the other orders burned up and he ran off."

[Illiam'iira]

"Ah. Do you, uh, know what he did after that?" She peeks at Whisper and Buckethead from the corner of her eye. "Guess they caught him again, though. What's your plan, Whisp?"

[Whisper]

"No." he shook his head. "He ran out of the bar with a bunch of the guvners chasing him. I meant to go looking for him before now, but other things came up."
