D2 LA, what does that even mean?

With physician's orders not to do anything strenuous and the rat oracle's prophecy in mind. Krol proceeds to the library in the richest part of town. Knowing goblins tend to be looked down upon by those who can afford mansions, he moves quickly through books attempting to find the information he needs. What is meant by that most hungry of lies? Does this relate to Krol's most important of tasks?
