Sigil: The City of Doors

Sitting in a shaded courtyard of a temple, Thaddeus rested on a stone bench with his viol propped on his hip and a gathering of Candlekeep's citizens surrounding him. He strummed away, letting the notes come to him as he led the group into a deep, meditative trance. The air around him was filled with soft beams of multi-colored light dancing about shining on the crowd around him. Words soon joined the melody,

I looked out this morning and the sun was gone
Turned on some music to start my day
I lost myself in a familiar song
I closed my eyes and I slipped away
