Planescape, for the unfamiliar, is a setting where you are often faced with people and ideas you may or may not like or agree with. One of the beautiful things about this setting is that it is rife with debate as you literally manifest your beliefs into the world itself, altering reality. The said goes to many other beings and creatures that live in the planes.

So, understand there will be some mature themes in this game.

There will also be people and things in this setting that may do or say things you may not like or enjoy reading about on a personal level. I am under the impression that we are all adults here, so I don't think I need to expand upon the subject further than to mention that I expect you all to respect players playing the game in their own way. That being said, you do have as much of a right to not feel uncomfortable in a game. If something is bothering you, I am here to listen to your concerns and I will address them thusly. I once changed a entire combat encounter from giant scorpions to boats because a player was incredibly afraid of them; I can be accommodating with certain issues.

Again, under the impression that you're all adults, I assume you will make sure people in your scenes are comfortable with your actions on a personal level. Just try to keep things at a PG-13 rating, soft-Rated R level at the most.

Finally, to quote Tolkien "Fantasy is escapist, and that is its glory." As anyone who ever has played a game I run will tell you, I have a strict policy of keeping the real life political talk to almost non-existent levels. I expect philosophical discussions both OOC and IC, and welcome them all happily, but any current events discussion is not. Small points, of course maybe brought up, but if you want a larger in-depth discussion on the topic, this and the discord chat are not the area for it. I recognize that these are important topics to discuss, and I love the thought about what I am doing effecting you in such a way. That being said, the internet provides us with many different means to discuss this and many other topics.

I highly encourage you to use those avenues to have those discussions.
