PvP

A little goblin made me realize I never made my position clear about this. So let's get this out of the way:

I, as a player, don't mind PvP in general. I think conflict between players can make for good stories, and with Factions, there's bound to be some conflict between two or more people. That being said, most of the time I've done open combat PVP I've been in the same room as the person and we both knew where we stood with each other. So there was often nothing personal taken from the event beyond getting angry at the RNGoddess.

At the same time, I do also understand that others may not feel the same way as I do about this subject matter. I can understand why; things can take a turn and have something that could be interesting turn personal and nasty. Just be mindful that there is a person behind the character that can't see you face and can't hear your intention behind words and actions.

So, if an active combat is something you're going to want to pursue, just reach out to the player as well as one of the DMs. If they give you the thumbs up, go for it. If not, you'll have to find another way to enact your wrath upon the ones who have done you wrong (don't worry, there's a lot of ways to do that indirectly).

Bear in mind, as always, that there are laws in Sigil that will be enforced where applicable.
