I THINK, based upon active players, it might still be mathematically possible to hit Tier 1, but that rng has been brutal to me all game, so...

I will wait to see if we need to throw bodies at rolls to avoid -10s in the 11th hour. I can potentially get help from lirrax on some rolls, and all of my skills have a minimum of +2.
