Fyne shakes his head. "You're just a pathetic murdering coward that runs from fights he can't handle and preys on people weaker than him only to mutilate their corpse. You'll never convince me you're not a sexual deviant pervert that's just using the corpses to wank himself because you're too ugly to show your face or get a breathing partner. Sad."

Feature laughs again at Fyne's comment, though the laugh has a bit of an uncomfortable feel to it and the single eye does look a bit troubled.

"Whoa. That was... whoa. We sure hope that's not the case."

The eye(brow?) frowns a bit. "The body... it didn't have any signs of that did it? We never got to get a good look"

Fless, anything on the illusion that could give us any hint of what this guy's tied to? Or anything of what he said rings a bell or connects with anything else, things on S.I.G.I.S. or the like?

"You're just not thinking right, little man. Jaws just prevent the dead from talking." He says to the little flying robot. "Lobbing it off prevents the spells from working. Plus keeps it so they can't be revived easily. Maybe if you can find a priest who gives a damn that can cast the proper spells can avoid that, but I'll save you the trouble. The Dead won't do it, Harmonium nor the Guvners would spend the gold for that poor fool, doubly so for the Fated, the Free League doesn't have the resources. Athar doesn't care, nor do the Anarchs, Doomguard will laugh in your face if you ask that. Maybe the Believers and the Sensates but...doubt it. Really, honestly doubt it."

He sighs. "Still, if you do manage to bring him back, tell him the Balance is settled and he has nothing more to fear from us again. I'll even let you know where I placed the body when the deed is done, because I'm such a swell guy."

For an assassin who refused to explain himself, the guy sure liked talking.

Ikkit didn't.

Instead, he ambled over to where the body had been, hunkered down, and looked around for and drops of blood or other signs of where the body had gotten to.

[Looking to do some ranger shit! I presume checking for physical evidence is Investigation, but since Orokos has continued its crusade to give Ikkit nothing better than a 5 on his skill rolls, pretty sure he doesn't find anything.]

"Whatever you say Hooded Perv," he looks to the others. "Hey, if anyone files a report on this, like I am, make sure to tell them his name is Hooded Perv. We need something to call him, and that's as good a name as any for a hooded perv."

The magic is not something Fyne recognizes.

A marionette sounds whiny

"You sound awful sensitive for someone with such a grandiose mission, mister... you're a mister, aye? Could we get a name? It gets awkward holding a conversation with a marionette and not even having a name to attach to it!", the monodrone says happily as they lean closer to the illusion that's still there and for all purposes doing the talking. They do wave their arms around a bit more to feel it around, just for the sake of it.

"Oh! We just noticed you haven't mentioned the Madmen! Could it be that you just forgot the Madmen? Now that would be the funniest joke of all!"
