Cyprian looks up curiously. "Fourth?" He managed to say hoarsely. "Weren't there four Xaositecs? You don't think that they were the ones who stole it do you?"

There minds were quite addled, could it have been the book that did it? Or was that just a coincidence? Too bad one got away and the other got ate.

Could this person have ties to the crazies? Honestly he was grasping at straws. It would take a mind far more erudite than his own to parse this puzzle.
