Quev will sigh and start heading for the abyss after Illia. Anything that gets in his way gets shoved/shield bashed. Shoved first.

Naila quietly disappears.

Day 2 EM, Fear and Loathing, stealthing past the slaad to get close to the portal: 2#1d20+13 31 30

((Final result is a 31 the Slaad would have disadvantage on trying to spot Naila if they used perception))

The half-elf slowly creeps closer to the portal, trying to approach from the direction (as much as directions exist here anyway) furthest from the frogfolks' vision.

The second she gets into range the detective breaks into a dead sprint then a cartwheel and then a wholly unnecessary backflips as she hurls herself towards the gate.

Day 2 EM Fear and Loathing, Acrobatics to attempt to yeet into the gate: 1d20+9 25

Stealth is for the weak and those wearing light armour. Quev will leeroy himself into the gate. (If I have to roll Athletics to go through Slaad into the gate, I got a 27. https://orokos.com/roll/986169#)

The Slaadi appear annoyed at your failure to answer their questions and immediately launch a string of attacks on you as you rush to the exit, giving Queviln'e the perfect opportunity to rush on by as you take the noble action of sacrificing yourself for others safety. The halfling looks awful leaving you there as you get slashed up, but there was nothing she could do.

You power thru the assault, none of them actually managing to hit you in the process, and quickly dive thru to the exit, a little bit scuffed up and marked with their attempts to claw at you, but otherwise unhurt.

Meanwhile, the Slaadi, after everyone rushed thru, go back to kicking rocks.

If it isn't obvious, one person distracts the Slaadi while the others go free. Distraction makes 2 Intelligence checks (DC 13 & 15). Pass or fail, everyone gets thru. If you fail, take 4 attacks for failing the last one or 8 for failing until you get to the portal.

She started to approach on her flying armadillo, but their psychic questions were too much for her addled mind to answer, so she tried to just make it through the portal as they all slashed at her.

Bravely bold Sings, flew forth from Sigil, she was not afraid to die, oh brave sings-with-purpose! She was not at all afraid to be killed in nasty ways, brave brave sings-with-purpo-ooow! OW! QUIT IT!
