[D0 Mid Morning] Two heads are better than one

"Come on Rufus." Gabriel urged his dog to speed up his leisurely place. His thoughts mulled on a great many things, though he did keep an eye on his dog.

"Come along now boy. Loitering is against the law, you know." He smiled fondly at the double headed doggo. "I'll buy you something nice for food later. What do you think?"

[Alynne Valaris]

Coming from the central gazebo, there was coming a soft but pleasant tune from what appeared to be a lyre. The music almost perfectly blended within the the ambience of clashing energies, echoing through the divine and infernal clashes of the garder itself.

After a few moments of the music interacting with the merging contradicting energies a feminine voice could be heard.

'' Not good enough'' the female performer expressed in celestial with a bit of frustration. After a few moments of introspection she began again. It would appear that the woman was practicing.

A raven was flying around her, at times it perched on her shoulder, at others it could be seen flying and following the angelic and devilish creatures that were common in this place.

Rufus took off, noticing the bird and running after it.

"Back down boy." Gabriel offered before speeding up slightly. His ears did take notice of the melodic music, his eyes glancing around in search of the source. "Greetings." He offered a shallow bow before reigning in his companion. "Down boy."

[Alynne Valaris]

The elvish female stopped playing her lyre for a moment, as the dog and its owner approached to her nearby. '' Greetings '' she simply replied while her purple shining eyes inspected them.

'' That is a peculiar looking dog...'' She commented as she observed both the fiendish looking animal and its owner. She didn't seem worried too much about the dangerous looking canine, nor that her raven would be attacked by it '' I presume that it is some kind of baatezu creature?'' She asked, noticing that the owner kinda looked like a devil.

The elvish female stopped playing her lyre for a moment, as the dog and its owner approached to her nearby. '' Greetings '' she simply replied while her purple shining eyes inspected them.

She didn't seem worried too much about the dangerous looking canine, nor that her raven would be attacked by it '' I presume that it is some kind of baatezu creature?'' She asked, noticing that the owner kinda looked like a devil.

"Oh? Rufus is an aosian hound." he smiled fondly as he petted one of the heads. "He looks fearsome, but trust me, he has quite the fluffy heart inside. Don't you boy?" His smile grew wide, and as he spoke, a hint of a forked tongue was visible. "My apologies. Gabriel Morningstar, Justice of the Mercykillers." He offered by way of introducion. "And alas, my home does not possess such magnificent beasts. He is local to Sigil, as far as I know. You have quite the extraordinary singing voice." His eyes followed the raven as it fluttered around.

'' Oh i see...'' Alynee didn't think that the beast would be fluffly at heart, at least not with those fangs. '' Nice to meet you my Lord-Justice.'' She replied to him. '' Alynne Valaris, former prima donna of the Guild of Performing Artists of Greyhawk in Oerth...'' She presented herself. '' And i guess newly sensate of the Society of Sensation'' She added as an afterthought.

She inspected Gabriel for a moment. '' Are you native of Sigil, or from somewhere else? If may i ask...'' She was somewhat curious about him.

Meanwhile the raven came back and perched on her shoulder once again, looking at the dog and its owner as well.

Gabriel smiled. "Lady Valaris, a pleasure to meet you. Not a native, just a resident of the last few years. I am from the glorius plane of Avernus, the greatest of the Nine Realms of Hell, governed by our Lord Asmodeus." He said with a wide smile and some pride as he explained. "I think I have heard of Oerth, though I must confess, my knowledge is thoroughly lacking. PLease excuse any mistakes I make due to ignorance."

Rufus seemed to settle down, for now at least. "How are you enjoying the Society and Sigil so far?"

'' Never been to Avernus.'' She admitted, thinking to herself that statement was for the best. '' Or to Baator actually. Although i have heard that Dis can be fun, at least that is what i have been told...''

'' Oerth is just another boring prime with people doing whatever as always. Some god trying to conquer it, some people oposing him, the usual stuff'' She commented. '' I'm not native of the city of Greyhawk though, i'm from an elvish realm called Celene. At least that is were i was born'' She added.

'' I find Sigil fascinating. Much to my liking, many things to see and look around. And a much more diverse surroundings. Like you for example, Lord Morningstar. I assume that there must be of your fellow kin around somewhere in Oerth, doing your usual bussiness, but hidden, but here you can walk in the open without the mask on.'' She commented about his fiendish ancestry. '' Much more interesting indeed.'' She said as she pets the raven on her shoulder, while the raven keep looking at Gabriel.

Gabriel smiled. "I visited Dis once, it was certainly a different experience than the constant battlefield of Avernus. Not quite the same as Sigil, but certainly another urban landscape." He spoke with precise tones, not clipping or biting away at any syllables. "Ha, I see." he chuckled. "Oerth than had its fair share of war. Nothing quite like the Blood War, but I am sure it was quite the fight." His mind wondered for a second as his thoughts turned to the war, then turned back to the Sensate in front of him. "Ah, thank you." He didn't blush, the comment sticking to him oddly. "I guess so...truthfully, I have been raised among fiends, and then spent my time in Sigil. I never had the need for a mask, thankfully. Unless there was a masquarade going on."

He let out a polite chuckle. "Well, I believe there are also some elves in some neighborhood around in the city somewhere. Have you visited by any chance?"

'' Some god named Iuz is trying to conquer it. Pretty big battles, of course, nothing in comparison to what your kin and the demons do on the daily basis.'' She nodded as from what she had heard the Blood War is pretty much out of the charts in terms of magnitude.

" His mind wondered for a second as his thoughts turned to the war, then turned back to the Sensate in front of him. "Ah, thank you." He didn't blush, the comment sticking to him oddly. "I guess so...truthfully, I have been raised among fiends, and then spent my time in Sigil. I never had the need for a mask, thankfully. Unless there was a masquarade going on."

He let out a polite chuckle. "Well, I believe there are also some elves in some neighborhood around in the city somewhere. Have you visited by any chance?"

'' Well technically i'm not an elf.'' She commented. '' From what i'm infering from this conversation is that you are either a half-fiend or a tiefling, aren't you not Lord Morningstar? I am something similar. My grandfather is a Tulani celestial eladrin from Arborea'' Alynne adds.

''I have visited a few districts, but there is too much to do and too much to see that i haven't had enough time going around, except for The Lady's District and the surroundings of the Civic Festhall.''
