Illiam's face scrunches up as she considers it. She hadn't thought to ask for any money at all -- just for the fun of it -- but considering her predicament... "Uh... is ten percent too high? Wait, no, twenty? Ack --" The girl covers her face with her hands, afraid she's now insulted the man she's only just barely befriended. The drow makes an extremely undignified noise of distress. "Sorry, sorry, I'm fine, I just, didn't think of that."

Tears form at the corners of her eyes. (Quickly she wipes them away before hopefully anyone can see.) He called her a cutter! Illi keeps hiding her mouth with her hands so he can't see her smile -- the contradiction in his words warms her heart. One can still hear it in her voice as she answers, "I've only got busking on the brain so far, but I've been thinking of taking to more professional performance... though honestly, if it makes me money and doesn't hurt anybody, work's work. Ain't like I haven't ever had to clean blood or shit offa me, y'know?" She pauses. "Why, you got an idea?"
