Let's see if I have understood anything about this:

1. A character can only do one roll per timeslot.
2. The TN is 10+5*N, where N is a positive or zero integer of their choosing
3. Each skill may be rolled a maximum of one time per faction.
4. Unaligned characters may roll for any faction.
5. A character can forsake their ability to roll during a particular slot to instead grant advantage to another character in the same slot.

And for the practical note, there are only 4 timeslots (LM, EA, MA, LA) for 9 potential rolls, meaning covering most bases is planned to be a two-persons job.

So, A+, B- or F summary?

1) A PC may only roll one skill during the event; unaligned are the only exception.
2) Correct
3) Correct
4) Correct
5) Correct.

Don't really expect all of the tasks to be taken care, just merely wanted to give enough options to cover the bases.

How much do the Limbo PCs get paid?

Could there be a non-Faction option for protecting innocent bystanders of Sigil during the chaos? I know the Factions are important, but would be nice to just help people too, even if you don't get paid for it.

If that is something you wish to do as a PC, you may, but it would be a RP event and not factored into the main event.

And now, the Pandora's Box: How do the many, many skill enhancers work with all that?

Solely on Dare's sheet, I can see Flash of Genius and Enhance Ability, and I'm sure every PC has their own, slightly different version of that.

Something I need to know that in regard to my IRL schedule: Day 0 and Day 2 ran for one IRL week, Day 1 for three IRL days. How long are expected to last the days to come, and how many of them are planned? In other words, what's the targeted end date for the game?
