They raised their hand ''I will not join you physically, for obvious reasons, but I can offer you lasting magical and psionic protections that could prove invaluable. All I would ask is that if some slaves are not too far gone to be saved, that they would be brought to us so that they can be healed and returned home.''

The githyanki paced back and forth for a moment, eyes on the mindflayer.

"Hrm. I can only speak for me and mine - outside my immediate folks though, can't promise they'll always stick to it. But for me and my own, I can agree to that."

L'Orr-hui's gazed was unfixed. Arms crossed, they pondered for a while on subjects unknown

''It is a good place to start, yes.'' a pause ''Tell me, if it is not inappropriate to ask: I have heard that gith who decided to turn away from Vlaakith resided here. Are you one one them?''
