The dead Dead care less. To the accompaniment of properly solemn and morbid music that synced with the grotesque mangling of Fellmood, Akh produced her mortician's tools and got down to work.

[Makeshift]

The most obvious thing, as you pry off the armor from the rotten bulk of Fellmood, is that he doesn't have any bones anymore. The armor is kept together, by that all too familiar blue and thin string, presumably his veins. The Kadyx has apparently developed a knitting hobby. The remains are little more than meat soup, poured into rusty and ossified armor. It is impossible to determine time and reason of death with only mundane means.

"Gods!" Cyprian muttered.

[Akh Uur Hoon]

"Yes, gruesome. Deliberately grotesque. Inventive in cruelty. This is an evil that enjoys itself." Akh kept her lips thinned, preparing to look for the signs of magical interventions.

[Cyprian Kircheis]

"Is there," he swallowed heavily, "is there anything at all you can determine from... this?" He looks at the armor. "Should we examine it for claw marks? Or can you determine if the remains match through your," a sigh, "particular abilities?"

Cyprian wasn't easily horrified, but this is monstrous. Beyond anything he'd ever known. And he'd known horrors from his time in the dark places in Midgard.

"Yes." He said with no small amount of vehemence, "Whoever, whatever did this is deserving of contempt and punishment." His fists are clenched. "I'm debating on whether or not I should lend my own skills to the constabulary. At the very least I intend on paying closer attention to the news. There must be some measure of commonality between the victims."
