A blitz is five minutes per player. You don't have time to wait for the knight to do a full parade each move, nor are you in the mood for such distractions. You want to grab it, play it, hit the clock, all in one swift movement.
In other words, I'm sure there's a public for what you wish to offer... But not among veteran chess players. More like the same kind of people who pose before their library of rare books they've never read."
