The beast gets three arrows in thru that ambush and roars loudly and leaves the dead deer alone, choosing to instead focus on the problem right in front of him. He charges up the hill and ends up staring directly in front of Whisper, close by. Bloodied, angry, and likely going to let you know how it feels about being shot with a few arrows when it catches its breath.

Move 40' plus dash for 40' to get up the hill. Illi can roll a Nature check to determine what this creature is per her action.

Thaddeus is prepared for the creatures attack, but it seems the beast slows as it climbs the steep slope.

Taking advantage of the extra time, Thad quietly moves away from the beast and behind Whisper.

Once in an advantageous position, he casts Spike Growth on the far side of the beast so that the boundaries of the spell halt before they it envelops Illiam or Whisper.

Move: Stealthily move South and West so that I am behind Whisper

OOC: I forgot to note that Pass Without a Trace ended when Hunter's mark was cast, due to concentration. I'm pretty sure I have it's attention, though.

The bear is surrounded by leafy greens, as Thaddeus ensures the bear gets some veggies in its meal plan.

Illiam'iira slips from her hiding place, movement graceful as she skips towards Whisper. Her hair cascades behind her, flowing against the pull of gravity to reveal the transparent pink butterfly-like wings she's sprouted. Her starry black skin pulses with light as she raises her hands and sings.

"Holy moonlight hear my prayer --
Lunar wrath with sacred glare --
Guide our blades where they must strike
To save our world from endless night!
"

From her song a massive orb of sparkling silvery-lilac moonfire is conjured, then lobbed, towards the beast.

The shot from your spell connects head on into the wild beast, doing some serious damage. Fortunately, it's thick hide was enough to not devalue its worth as a trophy.

The porcubear was not a smart creature, but it was a tough one and chose to inflict its wrath upon the one who attacked him first, while it was minding its own business and just eating dinner.

While it can't unleash hell upon you just yet, it looks primed and ready to sink its teeth right into you. It looks pretty beat up from having to remove itself from the plants, but it still stands strong.

Watching with concern, Thad was certain the ursapine was about to tear into Whisper.

Moving quickly, he commands Cornelius to go and bite the beast while rushing ahead himself. Thad stops South of Whisper and the beast so he could push it back North, into the spell's boundaries, and away from Whisper.
